Driver and Equipment Operator Rodeo

Equipment Rodeos have been part of our culture for years and are a way to reward and recognize drivers, equipment operators, and maintenance professionals who embody our first Operating Value — Safety. In a family-centric environment, participants utilize both physical and aptitude skills to compete against their peers. Competition begins at the district level with advancement to division, region, and finally, the international rodeo that coincides with our annual management meeting.
