Board Member
Diversity & Skills

Our Diversity Policy applies to the Board of Directors and senior management and provides for annual progress reviews by the Board. In addition to seeking diverse policymaking experiences in business and other personal and professional characteristics, we strive to maintain a Board of Directors with diverse backgrounds, including gender diversity and a range of skill sets. Over the last five years, average tenure declined by over 20%, driven by the addition of four new directors.

The Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee is responsible for monitoring the implementation of the Company's Diversity Policy at least annually. This includes assessing its effectiveness, monitor the Company's progress and report the results to the Board, and make recommendations to the Board regarding any policy revisions that may be appropriate.
